Appliance Repair by Lands End Marine Supply in Provincetown, Massachusetts

Sister and I went in to buy a product I was told was available by the store via phone call the day before. Surprisingly said product was not available, so decided go with an alternate. Left the store and got into my car. Googled said product and discover it may not be effective for my task. Went into store and after indicating I would like to return product. Grumpy, slovenly bear at register with attitude said 'no comment". In a normal manner, I stated I was told the product and had a change of heart about the one I purchased. He was clearly looking to start something so I executed my transaction and left. Just really bad attitude, no reason for it. If you don't like your job, then quit. Will never go back there again.

Purchased an infant life vest only to walk to my car admittedly 13 minutes after my purchase and be aggressively approached in front of my 3 month old baby about being towed and paying up 20.00 for parking because my car remained parked after my purchase was completed 13 minutes ago. The man “generously” let me leave saying “Do not come back”. Really? Is this the kind of “human” you are? The feeling is mutual. I wish I had never walked in your store and given you any of my money.

Prices are high, but that's Ptown! I had an excellent experience today with one of their associates. Location is central to commercial street action.
