| Eric May | Dempsey Energy came out to my house Through Sears Home Warranty to find out why my heating unit was making noise and charged me 100 deductible to do so. They said I needed a new motor, which I am fine with as it is covered under my warranty. I told them to order the part and get it fixed. Well they never called back and never fixed my heater. I called Sears to get a new contractor out to fix the heater and Dempsey calls me up again saying that they would come look at it again the charge would be 100. I'm all set paying another 100 so they can do nothing. |
