| Aggie OBrien | At 6:30 AM I realized my refrigerator was not working properly and thought the motor might be gone. At 8:30 AM I was at A & M Appliance to purchase a new one. I saw Wayne and explained the problem. He was on his way out but said he'd swing by. Expecting I would be needing a new fridge I shopped the new showroom with Jonathan. Jonathan was well informed of the different models and with his guidance I had my choice made, should I need to make a purchase. Wayne was at my door by 9:30 , diagnosed the problem, replaced two parts, and was gone by 9:45. I have bought my appliances exclusively from A & M for twenty-five years, as have many other people I know do too. I have never heard a single complaint from anyone of them. Not. One. Complaint. How can you complain about prompt service, knowledge of product, and comparable prices? Thank you A & M. |
