Which is fine but they miss the mark on the customer service and human element of running a business. They have a take it or leave it attitude. Follow through takes forever. I literally had to text and email multiple times in order to get any kind of response. I felt my request for a 5.1 system was treated like a low priority. They also try to oversell you on stuff. Thank goodness I didn't move forward with them! Just a horrible experience! |
