| Linus Mearian | We moved here from Boston over a year ago and have ordered from them 3 times. Nearly every time we deal with this company it's an ordeal. I do have to say once a couple old guys came out to inspect our tanks, they we're super nice guys, and a service tech came out and helped with our boiler who seemed very knowledgeable and was friendly. Those are the only time it's been nice though. From feeling like you're interrupting the day of the person on the phone when you order, to the drivers complaining about having to "drag the hose a little far to get to the oil fill" it's about 30 feet from the pavement, to always being questioned about our card being valid and we "need to make sure we have enough in the account because we bill on delivery" we've never had an issue with that. I mean, they do do what they say they'll do but that's really the bare minimum you'd expect from a company. It's just a very unpleasant experience all around. I can't recommend this company. |

They didn't have any trucks in the area, so one of their technicians is coming with 15 gallons of oil in cans and will be restarting his furnace within hours. We've been with them for years and have always had great, professional service. |
