I spoke to her about the importance of supporting local businesses, which is easy to do when you get a quality product and incredible service. You don't last 60 years without treating your customers well, and they certainly do that! It's like anything else...you can buy something cheap and replace it every couple years, or you can buy a quality product right out of the gate and avoid that game all together. Handy Andy always takes time to figure out what's wrong and they go above and beyond what you can even imagine . I know it seems crazy to get excited about a vacuum place but there's nothing better than being able to have my vacuum working at 100 all the time and never even having to ask my husband to look at it. I just bring in my vacuum whenever it seems clogged or a piece is broken and they fix it. I've had this vacuum for YEARS! Before Handy Andy I was buying a new vacuum every couple years . Makes me feel better too about the environment- Rather than throwing away my vacuum every few years when it doesn't work, I have a place that fixes it.
