| Kristin Najarian | The gentleman who came to service the washer and dryer was very courteous and seemed knowledgable, however, my issue of gunk being left at the bottom of the drum and getting deposited in the clothes after running a cycle has not been resolved. I was told a thorough cleaning of the machine would resolve the issue, and I don't know if it wasn't done completely or if that wasn't the problem, but now I have to wait an additional two weeks for a second appointment and potentially pay an additional fee for a second visit. And the 40 minute phone call to schedule the second appointment wherein I was transferred no less than 7 times between several different departments was just the icing on the cake. I'm extremely displeased. |
