The national repair service my wife had used means a long wait and scheduling hassle, and very little confidence that the repair person will know what to do other than whatever training they would have gotten, which often means selling you a whole new unit and/or expensive service plan. It would be so much better if there was a local expert I could call upon to deal with this effectively. So glad I poked around a bit and found Danny. He's responsive, knowledgeable, transparent, and very fair. Perfect. He's my go-to from now on with any appliance issues.
