The contractors gave me a date 8 weeks after order date. I called many times to see if it could be done sooner to get the run around and being frustrated. I canceled and went with empire flooring who Installed 4 days from order. I called Home Depot to cancel the order and have them pick up the floors- again the run around and they did not give me window on when the pick up would happen. They called me to tell me the driver was on his way while I was at work no time get there and the drive already left. VERY frustrating experience I will not go there for anything again. |
