Appliance Repair by Correct Temp Inc in Methuen, Massachusetts

We had an issue with our upstairs AC unit. It was extremely difficult to explain what was wrong since it would work for a bit of time and then stop cooling. We called Correct Temp and they arranged for a technician Dave to come over. We were a bit worried since we had never dealt with them before and we didn't know what to expect. We always appreciate having technicians explaining the problems and walking us through solutions and that has not been always the case. Dave exceeded our expectations. He is a young man with great amount of knowledge. He is polite and respectful. He clearly loves what he does and we could see that right away. He asked all the right questions and offered clear explanations of what was the cause of the problem and how to fix it. He is a credit to his profession. In our opinion Correct Temp's reputation shines because of technicians like Dave. It is great to have an AC unit that works when is extremely hot outside.

Called Correct Temp based on the recommendation of a trusted friend/contractor. They were friendly and easy to deal with the whole way through. Bob, Matt, and Chris were all very helpful during the process. They were able to work around my business build out too.
