I had Nashoba Air replace my 25 year old AC this summer after it finally died. The installation took one day and the guys that came out were polite and clean. I appreciated that they were able to prioritize the installation because I had a newborn and it was a hot week. Great service!

Fantastic experience with boiler replacement! Jared A. and Nate J. were very professional, prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and found a creative solution for a tricky situation with the old water heater vent. They took the time to answer all questions, removed the old system and installed the new in a day and a half, in the snow and rain, starting the next morning after we signed the contract when our 50 year old boiler suddenly died. Nashoba has amazing customer service - when I called to say we have no heat they offered us space heaters for the duration of the install. The technicians left the work area spotless and had the new heater already raise the house temperature several degrees by the time they left. The only thing we did not like was what felt like unnecessary extra pressure from the sales folks to install a new water heater together with the new boiler - granted, the existing one is old. Otherwise a great job all around. Highly recommend and would definitely use again!

Jay did an amazing job troubleshooting our problem, educating us on the solution, communicating where we needed additional help. He was thorough and made sure everything was in 100 working order. We are happy to have found a reliable company to service our heating and A/C system.
