| 01431 . | The guy that came was nice but unfortunately my appliance isn't fixed. Also, had the master plan warranty but was charged 179. Trying to get hold of an actual person that knows what they are talking about is very difficult. I'm still trying to recoup the 179 after calling and being connected to about 5 different customer service reps. Now they state they are calling me back about this in 2-5 days. Mind you, the appliances that I've had serviced are only 2 yrs old. Not happy with sears. |
