I scheduled an appointment and they told me they would call me 30 mins before coming to my house. I took the day off work and waited no call. I called asking where my technican was. They cancelled my appointment without even telling me. And told me he's 70 miles away and won't come. If you are going to cancel an appointment please try to reach out that day! The person on the phone was extremely snappy and unprofessional. |
