They delivered a completely different model than the one advertised which did not have a working freezer or ice maker which was promised in private messages to work. It had a two-month "guarantee" and when my mother asked for them to fix it or give her the money back and take the fridge away they originally told her it would cost 125 for them to come and fix ! and then blocked her on Messenger. We are pursuing it in small claims court. Also please note that the "positive reviews" are from the owner and friends and family. This is a 100 rip off, preying on people that are good and trusting and taking advantage of them. |
