Appliance Repair by KAM Appliances in Hyannis, Massachusetts

Bought a dryer that worked for 4 days and then died. Waited 7 days for the replacement part. Spent money having dryer vent cleaned as the tech said that was the cause. Tech came out and said it was a different issue. Not feeling like I should be stuck with a dryer that only functioned for 96 hours and feel that the dryer should be replaced. Called to service manager and she said she would look into it and call me right back. Four hours and no return call later I'm told she left for the day. An appliance is a major purchase and KAM clearly doesn't care when they sell defective equipment. Called the showroom three times and was told each time that a manager wasn't available? What kind of operation are you people running? Customer service is terrible and I suspect that they repair faulty appliances and try to pass them off as new. Zero consumer confidence in this store don't waste your hard earned money here take your business elsewhere.

Nice selection of product, salesperson knowledgeable, good delivery people
