I give him 5 stars, but the fact that service is scheduled somewhere between 8-5, rather than between 9-12 or 12-4, means having to be available and wait all day, and for many taking a whole day off work waiting to hear when the tech will actually arrive. That is ridiculous. |
| Suzanna Adams | Once the repair individual actually arrived, it was fine. However, the time it took to get someone out to attempt repair was abysmal. We had to take time off from work all day to be there for the initial scheduled appt. which was abruptly cancelled for some unknown reason. Another repair was scheduled days later which resulted in us taking time off from work again only to have him arrive at 8:30 in the evening! You really need to work on this. We have always loved Sears products but this experience was unacceptable and will affect our choices in the future. |
