Francis Morris and Jaqueline were very patient and knowledgeable. There were no attempts to upsell, they did everything they could to make me feel comfortable and make the right choice for me. I would have spent a lot more had I tried to pick a cello from the usual standard brands in a typical stringed instrument shop, and I wouldn't have been as happy with it as I have gone that route before. He does have an office in Albany on Wednesday nights. Francis is a master at bringing an instrument up to its greatest potential, and has been great at working with us to quickly resolve emergency repairs. Not only does he do high quality repairs, but he also has a large stock of fine instruments available for purchase. |
