Laurie Russell | they came out and fixed my air conditioner promptly - the service tech was great to deal with - I then tried to get a service contract and have them come back out again for some plumbing problems. Went downhill from there. Tried to contact them for over a week - no one returned called and then the owner Jimmy called me and was as rude as could be. Basically called me a liar about calling and said he didnt want our business. Was yelling over phone and wanted to continue to argue. |
