Appliance Repair by Winters Home Services in Cambridge, Massachusetts

My experience with Winters Home Services in general, and my technician Jeff specifically, was excellent. I called on a Saturday to set up an appointment because of a rattling noise near my air handler, and even though it was the weekend customer service was attentive and helpful right away, and I got an appointment for the following Monday. I had to call back to reschedule it when I realized I had a conflict but it was just as easy and everyone was just as helpful rescheduling it for a couple days later. They also text you ahead of time with a photo and the name of the technician coming to your place, which I really appreciate for safety. And my technician, Jeff, was very knowledgeable about the system I have in my place and explained what future costs I would be looking at for service very reasonable compared to others I've seen. The problem I was having turned out to be a matter of tightening a few screws, and it took a matter of minutes for him to figure that out and fix it, and then he didn't even charge me because it was so minor! This was such a smooth process to deal with, and everyone was so kind and no one made me feel stupid or like I was inconveniencing them, which has often been my experience as a woman explaining repairs that I need done in my home. They didn't even charge a fee for someone showing up! Such a relief, great company.
