| adele tirella | This was the ONLY time within 10 to 15 phone calls and services that one man, one service man listened to me. His name was Ricky Lara and I salute him not the service department. He came in to replace a damaged freezer drawer that the last service man broke, and not only did he fix that but the water leaking from the ice machine to the freezer itself. Not one other service man fixed the leaking problem they just looked at it and that was that. This problem had been on going since Nov. 2019. 4 months of aggravating phone calls and appts. Three cheers to Ricky because he was nice enough to listen and fix the problem. |
