Dave Reddish | Dishwasher leeks worse than before. Technician was OK nothing wrong about him, perfectly polite but the reason for the visit was the dishwasher... and that was an utter fail..... Changed gasket... was told that this happens and that the main spray can get clogged and sprays water "in the wrong way".. like I said worse than before and it's always leaked.. supposed to be the top dishwasher of the Kenmore signature range... |

John D'Amato | I called Sears after getting screwed from another company who did ZERO testing on my washer but deduced that I needed a new door switch. Tim from Sears came during the promised time slot and tested several things like a good repair person should do. I have a front load washer and dryer so I did have to help him take the dryer off the washer so that he can open up the machine to look inside. All it was was loose wiring inside leading to the computer board. He fixed it on that one and only visit. Don't bother wasting your time with other loser repair people from other companies. I will use Sears each time. Thanks again Tim! |

Joseph Gibbons | Had to wait a week for fridge repair, they were sending 3rd party to repair not Sears. I have the Master protection plan. I called the third party to see if they could come out early they said they weren't coming as they don't have the time. I called Sears back and they said the 3rd party was coming I called 3rd party again and they confirmed they weren't they were too busy with their own customers. They also said waiting one week for fridge repair was unacceptable. Called back Sears finally got someone who finally said a sears tech would be out that day- one day before the initial repair time. It was fixed by tech fine in and out in under an hour. Service on phone disgraceful. Scheduling for fridge repair much too long for a family who needs medication refrigerated and elderly father in house. No compassion on Sears part at all. |
Maureen mcg | If I could give a negative I would 25 ++ year customer renewing service contracts and buying appliances call because stove stopped working 1 week wait for service ok the circuit board gone nla and told need to first need to see if it can be rebuilt will be at least 3-4 weeks to see if it can so at least 2 months without a stove call to customer service as to go with no stove for 2 months is seems to be ridiculous but according to very rude rep said it maybe longer so what not a problem you will wait as long as we say no replacement as plan states as we can take many months to decide we give up and precedes to hang up This is what Sear's does after you pay for the peace of mind plan after they get your money and you need service they take pieces of your mind I am only at week 3 guess it will be many more without a stove very sad I had always had faith in Sears but I guess they no longer care how they treat their customers |
