| Simply Ginger | This company lacks people skills and basic, common customer service. Dropped off my Dyson Vacuum for repair 12/05/2019. It's been 11 weeks and several phone calls for an update. I've heard, it takes a couple weeks, the part is ordered, back ordered, here, not here and everything in between. What I didn't hear was We appreciate your patience or We're sorry for the delay. I call again and get the unpleasant experience of speaking with Josh whose tone was defensive, unapologetic and tells me the part is on order, the store is closed and I can pick up my still defunct vacuum on Monday. 11 weeks, Not a single courtesy call, status update or apology for poor service. |

| Tieg Bean | shipped out the wrong product in the first place, refused to let me speak to anyone else in the store in order to get assistance. Staff person seemed like they just didn't care at all about helping me. Would recommend buying a new vacuum instead of dealing with this company. |
