Simply Ginger | This company lacks people skills and basic, common customer service. Dropped off my Dyson Vacuum for repair 12/05/2019. It's been 11 weeks and several phone calls for an update. I've heard, it takes a couple weeks, the part is ordered, back ordered, here, not here and everything in between. What I didn't hear was We appreciate your patience or We're sorry for the delay. I call again and get the unpleasant experience of speaking with Josh whose tone was defensive, unapologetic and tells me the part is on order, the store is closed and I can pick up my still defunct vacuum on Monday. 11 weeks, Not a single courtesy call, status update or apology for poor service. |
