I agreed with his price and his time frame in 48 hrs to acommodate me. His installers did a great job and I was their priority. They worked so hard to give me heat...Sometimes on the steam boilers it takes a few adjustments to distribute the heat evenly. Tim had no problem receiving calls on weekends and he showed up promptly to do whatever he could to resolve the issue. I am so pleased with this company. It is always good to deal with the owner because it is his sweat and blood that goes into the success of his business. I will recommend this company to EVERYONE, If I could give him 10 STARS I would. Tim, thank you so much for doing what you do BEST provide the BEST customer service in the Beverly area and surrounding area.
