Appliance Repair by Doyon’s Appliance in Bedford, Massachusetts

When my wife and I decided to renovate our kitchen we made all the usual mistakes. We went to the box store where the “Kitchen Designer” probably worked in paint the day before. We went there because we thought that was where the best deals were. Turns out the design was completely screwed up and not at all what we thought we were getting. Luckily for us our contractor caught the mistake before we purchased. He told us we needed to go see Jay at Doyon's Manager and Kitchen Designer because he “knows literally everything about kitchen design”. I set up an appointment with Jay and my contractor was correct. Jay knows everything about kitchen design. It was a totally relaxed atmosphere but they also let you know you're in good hands. The best part was because of a promotion going on I spent the same money I was planing on spending at the box store and got far better quality cabinets. Jay then introduced me to one of his appliance salesmen, Joe. Joe was excellent. He took his time with us and saved us a significant amount of money over the competition. These guys are a throwback to how business used to be conducted. They understand that business is about relationships and they make you feel like yours is greatly appreciated. I'll never go anywhere else.

My best friend told me to go to Doyon's months ago and I didn't listen and I'll never live it down. After trying to get my dishwasher and washer and dryer from the bigger stores like Home Depot and Best Buy, I was given weeks of the run around after paying over 2500 delivery timing was off by 8 hours and installers arrived but with no machines to install - or better yet when the machines arrived they couldn't install because they said I needed a “stacking kit” well that would have been helpful if it came with the purchase - details that make or break the experience - whoops. I finally said OK I'll go to the family owned place thinking I would have to pay more and it would take too long. Well, I was wrong again. Doyon's matches prices and gave me discounts deeper than the big stores offered, and even better I was educated on the best appliances for my family I'm a single mom with 2 small kids under 10 so needed a washer that would take large loads and king comforters without breaking, and a dishwasher that wouldn't fail without perfectly clean dishes, etc. and I couldn't be happier. I was able to speak with knowledgeable caring humans who made sure everything was well organized and set had I gone their first I would have had the best machines up and running weeks ago. Better late than never! These guys are seriously the best. Friendly, knowledgeable, considerate and they will pass on discounts or match prices the service they provide which is next level is free of charge and honestly that's really everything! I won't shop for appliances anywhere else and will tell anyone who will listen this is the place to buy appliances in MA. Thank you Jay and Bruce H for your help!! You guys are the greatest. They also use an automated system that texts and emails about delivery and updates the window of time as it approaches which is super helpful for a busy mama who works full time! I can not recommend this place highly enough. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly, reliable and timely. I won't shop anywhere else for appliances again.
