The cable boxes and tv itself went out and wouldn't come on again. I assumed it was shot. We decided to call Gauthier tv and a day later we took it in. After 1 day, Mike called and told us it would be a minimal fix and would be ready the next week. And it was. And it works as if it were new. Do not assume your tv is done or disposable.
