Appliance Repair by Maryland Motor Werkz in Williamsport, Maryland

I recently took my SUV here based on their affiliation with CarMax and ability to work with the extended warranty. I had an issue with my seat warmers, AC/heater fan, and also asked for a brake check and oil change. I won't even go into the fact that I spent over 1200 getting for fan repair, oil change, all new brakes/rotors as I accepted that work. The issue is when we picked up the SUV, the driver's seat power adjustment no longer worked and the check airbag light was on. There were also 4 bolts in the cup holder that went who knows where. My wife went back in to say that whatever they did to check the seat warmer they claimed they could not fix btw must have broken the power adjustment. The seat now doesn't move and it's very difficult for my wife to drive based on her height. They told her "no it was that way when you brought it in". She tried to say it was fine when we dropped off, but they essentially said "sorry for your luck". I called and further explained that the power adjustment worked fine when we dropped off and the check airbag light wasn't on, but they again said they don't know what to tell me, but it was broken when they started. It's a flat out lie as my wife would have clearly noticed when she dropped off. They clearly broke something and either did not want to fix as it was later in the day or are true shysters. Very disappointed in this place and will never return.

Greg, Eric and the team are great to work with. I find them very honest and matter of fact about things. No sugar-coating or misinformation. You are presented with all the options and allowed to decide what you would like to do. I appreciate that they are very knowledgeable about my BMW and offer suggestions on how to lower the cost of repairs. I do not plan on going anywhere else for maintenance of my vehicle.
