They sold me the wrong part and when I called and told him it was the wrong part the guy argued with me on the phone and said it was not. I had to buy a new appliance because they were closed and I couldn't go back. He refused to refund the money even though he sold me the wrong part. Patrick Lewis | Contacted Modern Home Services on 12/26/18 at approximately 5:30 PM, the answering service had a technician contact me within 10 minutes. The technician from the onset was polite and informative. An appointment was scheduled for the following day. 30 minutes prior to the appointment today, the serviceman Stan called to confirm the appointment and state that he was en route. Stan arrived, assessed my furnace and determined he was able to complete the repair. Stan was extremely communicative during the repair. Lastly, the repair worked and my heat has now returned. Stan's work was professional, efficient, and cleanly! |
Brandon Kane | Poor customer service! I was told Thursday 4 days earlier to expecting Tim between 12 to 2 o'clock Monday afternoon. I received a call from Tim around 1:30 saying he was running late closer to 3-3:30. I called the office at 4:30 to find out he wouldn't be coming! I took the day off for this, I can't earn that money back. For your sake I hope this is not typical. I will not be using MHS or recommending them in the future. |
