Really like this company. I have a very old washing machine that I love and don't want to get rid of even though it's old. I bought it originally because it was very straightforward and easy to use and it did a great job. It also had a 5 year warranty on it. That was about fourteen years ago. I used it for 10 years and then it survived three sets of renters. So it was leaking from the bottom and the videos I watched indicated it would be the pump most likely that was leaking. I was referred to this company by my plumber and I really was impressed with the knowledge that their tech rep showed. He fixed a bunch of things above and beyond what I had noticed and was patient enough to explain what was wrong. Would definitely use this company again.

The onsite support by Lucky to repair two refrigerators was excellent and highly recommended. The office support, specifically the accounting/billing department was horrible and needs improvement. I had to call 6 or 7 times to get billed and a receipt that was required by a home inspection for the sale of our rental property. Unacceptable. I would have given 5 stars if not for billing department problems.
