Appliance Repair by Aladdin Appliance Service in Towson, Maryland

I called to have someone come out b/c my refrigerator is not cooling, freezing or making ice. They charged me 129 & referred me to another company that does the same work. In the description it doesn't say this is a referral company. It states "Aladdin Appliance Service provides refrigerators etc. to the Baltimore, Howard, Carroll & Harford counties." This company is taking money from people and just referring them to another company that does exactly what they stated they do. I told them from the start what kind of refrigerator I had if they don't service them, they should have been up front and be taken off the list of approved companies. Very bad business to state that this is a repair company for refrigerators and then refer to another company that does the same work. This is unacceptable and they were recommended by the manufacturer. I will be calling the manufacturer to report this so they can be removed off the recommended list of approved companies to service their products. Pretty sad it seems they didn't want to do the work because it wasn't under warranty or they are just making people believe they can come out and fix their appliances.

Would give no stars if I could. First off they rescheduled on me 3 different times twice being after the appointment time range had come and gone. When they finally did show up the guy spent 2 minutes in my house said here sign this and I'll have to call the warranty company and left. The person now says I refused to pay the 100 dollar fee. They wont return any calls or emails from the warranty company. Run do not walk from this company.
