| Larry Humple | I brought my 2017 RAM and to have the tires removed and new ones put on the ones that were removed or still in great shape they had 40 thousand or more miles left on them everything was going good when I got them home to wash them so I could sell them I realize that they gouged up my tires and even ripped chunks of rubber out revealing the cables underneath when I brought them back and for Brian to look at them he said that I must have done it and there's no way that they did it I must have took him to another shop so that they could do that. It was the first time the tires of ever been removed off the truck since it was brand new very unhelpful and would not admit to what they have done. They put my lugs on without a torque stick never checked to see if they were at the proper torque there wasn't even any water in the waiting room stay away from this place. I did take some rubbers to glue back down the chunk of rubber so I can try to sell them. |
