| Martha Lloyd | I've reached out to Len the Plumber on several occasions to get my issue resolved and no one will return my call. It seems they're in the business of ripping off their customers, taking all their fixtures, replacing them with inferior parts from their truck and then disappearing while charging exorbitant pricing. The parts don't fit, so I still have a hole in my tile. I've gone to several plumbers and parts stores who are all horrified to hear how my shower and drywall were torn apart, and that no one will return my calls. Do not use them if you want ethical service. |
