| Monica Bailey | One star is generous! I have had to deal with this company on a couple of occasions due to AHS warranty assigning this vendor. Carol, the secretary is the single rudest person I have EVER spoken with in a customer service role. She is a belligerent, confrontational woman who seems to be very annoyed that she has to deal with customers. I myself worked in customer service for over 25 years and I am shocked and appalled at her lack of professionalism! She must be a family member of the owner because as you can see, from the previous reviews left, she is hateful tip of the iceberg for this company and garners a number of complaints. How she is still employed is beyond me! We were lucky enough to get moved to Harford Appliance and they were awesome! So friendly, helpful and accommodating! We were supposed to get our fridge serviced by them recently but there was a mix up with AHS so now they have reassigned us to Vandervort! I am DREADING it. I have to call and talk to that secretary and passing a hot coal would be more pleasant. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! |
| Jody Seibert | Wish I could give zero stars. This “company” is the worst I've ever encountered. After waiting nearly 2 months for the part to come inseriously??? it was installed and the 19 year old microwave still didn't work. After explaining that we are now 5 days from settlement and that we have to have a working microwave was told “that's not going to happen”. They will try to run diagnostics “sometime next week”. I could hear both sides of the phone conversation when the tech called the owner. Tech was told to “tell her whatever you want to but I am not requesting a new unit”. So now they are holding the microwave hostage. Shame on American Home Shield for continuing to use this company. They have lost my referrals. |
| D Lub | Just called to make an appt through my AHS warranty and the lady on the phone was extremely rude. After reading these reviews on here, I realized I wasn't losing my mind. Based on my interaction with her, I called AHS to cancel the repair. I will be using another company who cares about simple things like customer service. |
