While we are not happy with a new refrigerator breaking, we were extremely happy with the two techs. Careem and Roshane called with the time they would arrive, gave us an estimate on time to fix and then fixed the fridge. They were professional, the workmanship was great and you can't ask for much more from a company. |

I called 2 times to speak with someone and all I got was an answering machine. 2 days later I get a call to schedule an appointment the same day. Like I don't have a life and can wait all day again. This company is on LG's preferred vendor list. LG is stupid for not taking them off their vendor list. |
