| Pete & Chellie Kondorf | Came in to have a low tire leak checked. Mentioned the tires were new and we just drove from Colorado. Mentioned there were no discount tire shops out here so asked if they could check it. Wish I had thought to call discount tire first or Goodyear but it was a good year location so I figured it would be under warranty anyway. They came in and said I was done and a 52 charge. I thought they would have gave me an estimate before fixing, but no estimate given or recommendation about how to get warranty work done. I wish I asked more questions, but I also feel they could have done a better job explaining things. |
