She was very knowledgeable and, even though she was the only person working when I was there, handled the crowd very well. The only reason I am giving it 4 stars is because Windsor Mill is a tough area to get to, since 695 traffic is never ideal. Would be much more convenient if it were off 83. |

This is the second time we went in out of warranty and they got our vaccuum back in shape gratis. Makes buying Dyson so much more valuable having this service center close by and the staff are always knowledgeable with no hype or sales pressure. Can't say enough good things. J |
