I couldn't get an appointment at the Apple store until days later so I went here. Very glad I did! I worked with several people and all of them were genuinely helpful and pleasant. The associate knew exactly what the issue was and clearly explained all repair options. Two hours later I had a completely fixed phone. When picked it up the associate who completed the repairs talked to me personally and the checkout associate made sure all my questions were answered before I left. Honestly I was hesitant at first not going to Apple directly, but I was very impressed overall so I will likely go back here again if needed. |
