They took my 1900.00 Kenmore Elite to repair, took over a month for that, then on the day they were to return it to us, he shows up with our machine and the whole front glass broken, tells us he dropped it off the truck and asks if we want it like that or want him to repair it. Wonder what the average person would say! Told him to repair, returns it a good 3 weeks later, sets it up, leaves and leaves the bill.Destroyed the machine but was sure to leave a bill But wait, it gets better, we go to use the machine only to find the little drawer where you put the detergent is glued together, the door frame is still cracked, as is a hinge and the entire machine is twisted. So, now my 2 year old Kenmore Elite is totally destroyed, unusable and he has never once even apologized or offered compensation! If I could rate them a negative number I would. |
