| Frances Weiser | Worst service ever. Made appointment never showed called said to come back at 3 so we did. Mind you we live and hour away. And they never came back never answered when we called to see if they will be there at 3 no answer. Waited for half hour and finally got a text saying they won't make it. Seriously!!! Like come on if you can't make it at 3 call me tell me you can't make it. Don't have me wait there then text me that you won't come. Had me waste my entire day driving back and forth for nothing. If you don't want to work on Sunday then don't make it an option. Also mind you the owner himself was no help. Answered the first time and said he would call the guy then texted me saying he will be there at 3 when we got back at 3 he never answered us. As an owner you think you would want business and if your “guy” can't make it you would try to so you don't lose out on money. We needed to buy a washer dryer combo and see if they had any stoves. That's an easy 800 to 1000 from us they lost out on today. Thanks for the waste. Save your time and go to a real store and pay the price for actual service. |
