The delivery staff have been professional and courteous. The Griffith Dispatcher would call the day before a delivery so that I could bring the dog inside and open the gates. I appreciate this extra service to keep the dog from taking off on an adventure and having to be collected from the neighborhood. The Service Technicians have professionally serviced the furnace annually preventative maintenance and also for any other problem.
