Chris Shenton	We've got two fans on one controller, and one of the fan's electronics failed -- again. Mark said they are susceptible to power surges. He presented different options -- replace one fan's electronics with the same, replace both with new electronics that would be controlled by a new RF controller or switch. We opted for the latter as he said it was more tolerant of surges, better electronics. He worked quickly but carefully and got the electronics replaced and explained how the new controller worked. He then took the time to balance the fans, one which had been annoying us with a clicking noise for 12 years. Mark's a professional, very happy to recommend him.
