I called as soon as I saw the cracked pan to notify them of the damage expecting a "I'm sorry this happened and you weren't notified, we'll get right on it!" Instead, I hear "Our tech says it was already cracked prior to the repair and it isn't his fault. We can't help with this" Are you kidding? This 100 happened moving the 200 lb washer on the pan which will now clearly not help if there's a leak and they aren't accepting responsibility. This is absurd! |

Someone needs to get in contact with me as soon as possible this is very unacceptable I paid a lot of money for my appliances for you guys to take it apart and not put it together. Why hire technicians if they don't know what they're doing. |
