I was skeptical. The technician came at exactly 8. He was so courteous. I had my fingers crossed they would have the parts I needed on the truck. My husband said don't count on it. My husband said they would come appraise the situation and schedule an appointment for another day. I was kinda heartbroken. . .no dryer for awhile. But my husband underestimated Sears. Not only did the technician have both parts on the truck. He was done in exactly fifteen 15 minutes. Way to exceed expectations. |
