| John Rice | They are a forwarding company. The guy that came out was not employed with CB, he was an independent contractor. The Service Fee was 65 that I thought would go to the cost of the repair but I believe it went to the CB for forwarding the lead. Grease on a Pulley cost 190 and the technician was at the house for 45 minutes. No Receipt. Called office and still no receipt - They stated had to talk to technician and I asked again so your office could not send a receipt and she stated no she would have to contact the tech again. I dont think this is an Appliance Repair company but a company that just forwards calls to appliance techs and they take a fee. I believe 125 went to the tech that is reasonable and the 65 fee went to the CB the forwarding service |
