Extremely prompt response time to schedule an appointment. Theo came to our house after hours to repair our broken fridge. Respectful, courteous and efficient, we will definitely use him and refer again.

Theo was very professional and capable. It was a pleasure doing business with him and I would highly recommend him for appliance repairs. He did all the things you hope for in a service professional: arrived when he said he would arrive; followed through and communicated effectively; and was courteous and professional while being reasonably priced. He repaired our Samsung fridge that was less than five years old.

When our dryer decided to stop working on Christmas eve, we were stuck. After a Google search we came across Agape. I called two days after the Christmas holiday, and received a voicemail indicating they were closed for most of the week, in need of a functioning dryer, I took my chances and left a detailed message. Later that day, to my surprise, the owner, Mr. Crawford, called me back. We set up a time for him to come out the next day!! Mr. Crawford called about a half hour before our scheduled time to let me know he was on his way. He quickly diagnosed our dryer issue and gave us, what we felt, was a good estimate. Within a couple of hours he had our dryer up and running again motor replacement. He was incredibly professional and thorough. He was efficient and neat cleaned up everything after he was done. While I hope to not need an appliance repair any time soon, I know if the need arises, I will definitely be calling Agape!
