| s bay | Oh Wow! Bray and Scarff did it again. Specially Stephen Arnold. Have been using them for years. Made the mistake of going once with a big box, and absolutely horrible experience. This place is bar none top notch. Stephen assisted me in picking out the perfect product on a Friday and had it delivered and installed on Monday during a normal time window. No snafus, no fuss, no mix ups. It's a hands on, family operation and Stephen was so professional and helpful. He emailed all the information I needed, delivery reached out when he said they would and they called in advance of coming. And did I mention their pricing, all competitive with the big names, but quicker and more efficient with delivery and install. Such an amazing experience. Stephen even called to follow up and make sure I was satisfied with everything. Who does that nowadays? Thanks Stephen, we will be back and will send our friends your way. You were so helpful.
