However, three weeks after I had it installed, my tenant informed that the radiators in her apartment weren't working all the way. Thankfully, it wasn't too cold and my tenant was mostly out of town and not complaining. But Supreme made sure to come over really quickly and get the problem fixed. Obviously it was still under warranty, so there was no charge, but they sent me a nice thermos anyway, which I appreciated. |

They sent out Marc Mcconahy, who told me that they used the coupling from the old unit, although they knew it would lead to galvanic corrosion. To save money, of course. He refused to do anything about it, since it wasn't leaking YET. Then he tried to charge me for the visit. I told him to get out of my house. |
