Roger was extremely helpful and professional during his service call via First American Home Warranty. After assessing the problem he clearly explained to me what was going to happen next. He petitioned on my behalf for the warranty company to provide both parts at the same time, reducing any additional delay in the repair of my refrigerator. Once repaired, which he came the very next morning after a 9 pm text stating the parts had arrived, he showed me a few preventative tips to reduce future repairs. I will not hesitate to request Roger for future calls.

Roger is very professional and knowledgeable. Where another repairman failed to repair my refrigerator, Roger quickly figured out the problem and repaired it. I am so pleased with the customer service and customer care that I received! And I now have a functioning refrigerator.

The worst service I have ever had. The Technician works with First American Home Warrenty and he's has terrible customer service. On the day of my appointment which was from 3-6 I didn't hear from him until 8:30pm asking if he could come the next day at 11am. The next day I didn't hear from him until 2:20PM and didn't arrive until close to 4. When he finally showed up he was rude and unprofessional. If at all possible I would stay away from this company.
