Unhappy with the overall experience. Called days ago to schedule a plumber to come handle our main line issue, he brian was scheduled to come between 12 and 4p with a call when he was 30 minutes out. I took off for this and kept our dog in the crate while we awaited his arrival so there would be no issues. At 340p I had to call them to see what was going on. No updates from Brian or their office. Amy tells me Brian was going to call me shortly, he is about 15 minutes out. I say how unprofessional, what happened to the 30 minute away call, an update or something. She back tracks and says I'm just giving you a time, he was going to call. Repeatedly asks if we want to cancel. Apparently you don't value my business if you are so quick to cancel. I agree to have him come out anyway despite the inconvenience but after I think it over, we cancel. Only good thing was they were cheaper than some places and provided an upfront cost, well range. Would suggest working on the custom service because it was nonexistent.

We contacted A.J. Michaels when our water heater was leaking. They were able to send an estimator out within a couple of hours to give us a free estimate and he gave us a price on the spot to replace it. This was our third estimate--including one from our home warranty company--and it was by far the highest quality product as well as the most competitive price. We had an A.O. Smith heater the same brand as the one they were replacing that had lasted over 25 years installed that same day and the two gentlemen who came to install it were efficient, courteous, and careful. They covered our white carpet, covered nearby sprinkler heads, and completed the job in under three hours. After they finished, they took the time to answer our questions and explain how our new water heater works, which I really appreciated. I HIGHLY recommend A.J. Michaels and can say they will be the first call I make the next time we have any issues!

My boiler died and although it's a busy season for this work A.J. Michaels was prompt about the repair, showed up on time, and the technician even made extra trips to help me decipher a new thermostat and resolve a problem with the on-loan space heaters. The company also did my central air system in a 100 year old house over a decade ago and I've yet to have a problem with it. The office support staff is sympathetic and answers calls promptly and with meaningful information and updates.
