| Carlos Hernandez | BEWARE! I was refered to this company by my home warranty. Our furnace broke in December. The company did not know what urgency was. Took them a week to come to our home. Gave us a 15 minute assesment and said it needed X part and will replace it when it get here. We asked when that will be and all they said is that they would order it. No tracking number or anything. Part comes in a week later. They call us to set up an appointment for the FOLLOWING week. Now almost week three a tech shows with the part. The tech takes over 3 hours to tell us that the part does not fit. Someone ordered the wrong part. Now, the order the new part. Again, no tracking. New part comes in a week later tech another week after that. The secretary did not have any sympathy or think this was urgent. They finally fix the unit after over a month without heat. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! |
